 FREMONT YOUNG BIRD AUCTION RACE

 (OPEN TO ANYONE IN THE BAY CITY COMBINE TO FLY THIS RACE)

Race Station: Eureka, Nevada (350 Miles)

1st auction date: Sunday March 22, 2009                    2nd Auction date: Sunday April 12, 2009

Auction Rules and Regulations:

·        A Calcutta and loft auction will be held on about October 11^th, 2009

·        All birds entered must be flown by flyer in the Bay Cities combine

·        Breeders may enter as many birds as they wish

·        Eligible birds must have a seamless AU or IF band

·        All youngsters placed in the auction MUST BE of WEANING AGE (fully covered under the wing) AND HAVE NOT DROPPED ANY FLIGHTS.

·        All birds should be in the exhibit cages no later than 11:AM

·        All birds place in exhibit cages must be in good visible health and hygiene.  Any bird deemed too old or too young will not be allowed in the auction.

·        No birds may be removed from auction after it has entered.

·        All birds are property of the handler

·        All birds will be shipped from the Flyers clubhouse.

·        Clocks will be set and read at the Flyers clubhouse.

·        Auction birds will be released with the combine race birds.

·        Race committee of Fremont RPC will settle all disputes

·        All prize winners will be tossed at the auction committee’s discretion

·        No re-banding of birds will be allowed

·        No switching of handler will be allowed.  After the auction!!!!!

·        Fremont RPC race rules prevail.

Financial Details:

·        Breeders will have a $150.00 guaranteed buy back option, 10 birds for $125 each any time during the months of March and April verified by the auction committee.

·        At the auction the breeder will guarantee a $35.00 opening bid, and a minimum payment of 20% is required at the time of sale.  A balance must be paid by June 1^st, 2009.

·        If full payment is not received by that date, the money already paid will be forfeited and the birds will be auctioned off and a 10% penalty will be implemented every month.

·        Pay out: Buyer 50%, Flyer 30%, and the Breeder 20%.

·        Fremont Racing Pigeon Club retains 15% of the money collected.

·        Make check payable to Fremont RPC.
