Here is what Arbert would like you all to know about him and Quejado lofts.

My name is Arbert Quejado and I was born and raised in the Island of Philippines, Subic Zambales. I had racing pigeon since I was 15 years old but never race.  I came to United States in 1987.  I’m married to Grace and we have 2 children Gianna and Arvin.  Year 2003 is when I get in touched with a pigeon fancier.  I was invited to club meeting and voted in as a member.  2004 was my first year of racing Young Birds and it was really fun and challenging.  I won the hardest race of the season  “Elko Nevada Special” with AU 04 TCH 1559.  The next year I manage to finished Old bird season with only few birds on the team and win a race from 500-mile station with AU 04 TCH 1559 DC Cock, same bird that won in the young bird special.  I also have TCH 1560 BB Cock that was in AU All Distance Award.  My main goal is to learn the sport and fly the mid/long distance race and be competitive in that area.  I am currently the Treasurer of the TCH club. I have Van Loon, Hofken, Verbruggen, Devrient, and Jansen that I like to cross and send to futurity races.  I had a good result last year and try to copy it this year.

I would like to thank all the people that help me start in this wonderful sport.  The first person that I would like to thank is "MacInnis".  He's always there when I needed guidance and always had answers to the questions that I had with the best of his knowledge and experienced I will miss your friendship Mac I would also like to thank Mike Cambra for giving me some key breeders, if it wasn’t for Mike’s advice and help I probably would have quit the sport.  Doug Sander for obtaining breeders, Bill Nesler for obtaining direct sons and daughters of TCH 0961, and my partner Luis Lopez for helping me cleaning and training the birds and most of all my wife Grace for being understanding...
