DATE:  Sunday, August 1, 2010                                    TIME:  11:30 AM – 5:00 PM

PLACE:  Pleasant Hill Park – 147 Gregory Lane, Pleasant Hill, CA.  Located at the corner of Gregory Lane and Cleveland just off Hwy 680.  If you need directions please refer to MapQuest.com website on your computer.

PICNIC AREA:  We will be in Picnic Area Number 3, located to the right of the swimming pool area just off the parking lot on the Cleveland side of the Park.

MEETING:  The Central California Center (also know as the Center) will be holding a Meeting prior to the start of the picnic at 10:30 AM.

This Picnic is for Members and their Immediate Family only.  The Picnic will be sponsored by the Center and there will be no cost to you.  However, we will have a Raffle and would appreciate if you would bring a raffle prize.  The Raffle will help defray some of the costs of the Picnic.

SPECIAL  RAFFLE:  The Scholarship Fund, sponsored by the CSRPO Ladies Auxiliary, has a Benzing G2 Express Clock and accessories to raffle off.  The raffle will be held at this picnic.

The Picnic will be catered by Kinder’s Meats.  We will be serving Marinated Tri-Tip, Chicken Quarters, Salads, BBQ Baked Beans, and Dinner Rolls.  Paper Plates, Plastic Ware and Napkins will be provided by the caterer.  You are encouraged to bring your own

set-up, because you may want to use an actual steak knife to cut your meat, rather than the plastic ware provided.

You will need to bring your own drinks, snack food and table covering.  Also, bring your sporting equipment.  There are Baseball Fields, Volleyball Courts, Basketball Courts, and Horseshoe Pits available for our use.  The swimming pools will be open (fee charged).

We will need a “Head Count” of Adults and Children under 15 for the Caterer, so please RSVP to Your Center Representative not later than July 11, 2010.  Center Reps are:
